With Outlook Attachment Sniffer you are able to extract all attachments from all items from one of your Outlook folders (with or without subfolders) in one go. Optional you can create subdirectories depending on the Outlook foldername as well as on the sendername of an email or on the name of the extracted file, include the sendername of an email in the extracted filename, move the affected eMails into another Outlook folder, replace the attachments inside the emails by shortcuts to the extracted files, remove the extracted attachments from the emails or delete the affected emails. Removing attachments is a good way to solve some problems on a suffering Outlook. After removing of unneeded attachments you can shrink your *.PST-files to reasonable file sizes and in some cases significantly increase the performance of Outlook.
