If you are online with an IP address that happens to be included in the block the message will suddenly appear on your screen if the Windows® messaging service is active on your computer. The service is activated by default on Windows® 2000 and Windows® XP. This little tool enables you to just switch off the messaging service, getting rid of these annoying advertising messages forever! This tool is only for Windows® NT, 2000 and XP, you can't use it to switch off the messaging service under Windows® 95, 98 or Me.
